SHIPPING

Delivery time Once the order has been placed, it may take one or two calendar days to ship it. The preparation of the kit is completely manual, I carefully choose the materials I send.

The shipments are sent by registered mail, I send you a tracking number so that you know at all times the status of your shipment. It is delivered to your own home, if you are absent after two delivery attempts they can call you by phone or they will leave a notice for you to pick it up at your post office.

Returns and Exchanges

You can only exchange for another kit of the same product in other colours. You will have to send it to me and then I will send you the new kit. You will have to pay for the return shipping costs and for the new shipment.

Due to the nature of the kits that include patterns and tutorial it is not possible to make a return.
