PREPARATION AND ARRIVAL TIMES OF THE ORDER
All the designs are handmade and personalised at the moment I receive your order, the time needed to prepare it will vary depending on the product ordered and the quantity.
As a general rule the preparation time will be between 1 and 3 working days, after these days I will send it by registered mail, I will send you the tracking number and from that moment you can calculate the time of arrival.
