RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I accept exchanges, returns and cancellations
- Contact me within 24 hours after delivery
- Return the items to me within 14 days after delivery
- Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
-If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept exchanges or returns on:
Personalized, custom made or customized orders in color or size.
Digital downloads
Earrings
Sale items
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In case of exchange all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. They include the return shipping costs and the cost of the new shipment, applying the current rates of Correos España.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of return, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, who will send the product by registered mail, the refund will be made once the product has reached the seller and checked its condition, the refund will be everything paid by the buyer minus 15% of the amount paid by the buyer for handling and administration costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@raqueljimenezartesania.com.

Packages returned for not being picked up at the post office.
- In the event that a shipment is returned to the seller for not having been picked up at the post office, I will contact you, I can make a refund of the amount paid minus shipping costs or resend it again upon payment of new shipping costs. In both cases the shipping costs to be applied will be the current rates applied by Correos España.
