ORDERS RETURNED FOR NOT BEING COLLECTED AT THE POST OFFICE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
In the event that a parcel is returned because it has not been collected from the post office or because you have provided an incorrect address, I will contact you, I can either refund you the amount paid minus the postage costs or resend it again on payment of the new postage costs. In both cases the postage costs will be the current rates applied by Correos España for registered mail.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No exchanges or refunds will be made on products made to measure or personalised in colour or size.
The earrings by their nature are not exchanged or returned.
In case of exchange all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. They include the return shipping costs and the costs of the new shipment, applying the current rates of Correos España for registered mail.
In case of return, the expenses of the return shipment will be borne by the buyer, who will send by registered mail, the refund will be made once the product has reached the seller and checked its condition, the refund will be everything paid by the buyer minus 10% of the amount paid by the buyer as handling and administration costs.
LEATHER CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For daily cleaning of the leather, dry it every time you use it with a soft, dry cloth, wiping off any moisture, and if it is still damp, allow it to air dry completely and always away from heat sources. Moisture and heat will cause it to crack, become fragile, brittle and may even shrink in size.
For a more thorough cleaning or if you notice that your leather bracelet or necklace is too dry, cracked or cracked, you can use baby oil, olive oil or moisturizer, which has no dyes or perfumes, so you get the original brightness of the principle and moisturize the leather.
Store leather jewellery protected from light and other external effects such as air or humidity.
